Chuck has dedicated his career to building, leading and being part of teams that bring life changing therapies to market for patients that have unmet medical need, primarily in the Biotech marketplace.
Over the last 30 years, he lead several companies as they transitioned from a successful Clinical enterprise to achieving Commercial success – including leading as VP of Sales and Operations for the build out and launch of Rituxan, the first billion dollar oncology therapeutic monoclonal antibody and as Head of Commercial Operations for the launch of Xtandi for prostate cancer.
Two of his skillsets include leadership and vast start-up/pre-commercial pharma/biotech experience. Working collaboratively while leading is critical in building a commercial organization as it transitions to achieve a successful launch.
