Courtney Ness is an experienced commercial biotech and pharmaceutical trainer. Courtney has over 20 years of selling, instructional design, facilitation and training experience.
Courtney has led Field Factor Training for the last 10 years and has launched over 25 products in rare and large markets.

While in the field, Courtney held positions in specialty sales and sales training for Genzyme, MedImmune and Forest Pharmaceuticals and has launched in over twenty therapeutic specialties.

Courtney has led and implemented global learning initiatives for the US, Australia, Canada and UK.
