Field Factor Training was founded by Courtney Ness in 2011.

Courtney Ness is an experienced commercial biotech and pharmaceutical trainer. Courtney has over 23 years of selling, instructional design, facilitation and training experience.

​

While in the field, Courtney held positions in specialty sales and sales training for Genzyme, MedImmune and Forest Pharmaceuticals and has launched in over thirty-five therapeutic classes.

Courtney has led and implemented global learning initiatives for the US, Australia, Taiwan, Italy, Canada and UK. Her launch and training solutions have helped biotech and pharmaceutical clients prepare for product launches, sales meetings, foundation and clinical trainings.

Courtney is originally from Atlanta, GA, a graduate of the University of Georgia (2000), is the mom of three children and lives in Boston, MA.
